In-home nursing care and personal support * care ranges from 3 hour visit to 24 hour care for all ages including older adults living in their own home, individuals who have suffered injury as well as caregiver relief * nursing care provided by registered RPNs and RNs
Services include:
- nursing care including: post-op care, wound care, foot care and hospice care
- personal care
- medication cueing and reminders
- light housekeeping
- meal preparation
- companionship
- caregiver relief
- respite care
- transportation to appointments and for errands
